Pros
I definitely enjoyed my time with this Company from employees to the leadership. The HR team the most immediate impact in my development taking me out of my comfort zone to upscale me. I had the opportunity meet senior leadership and corporate leadership across the company as I developed. They held to set expectations, but was patient with me... definitely a coaching environment.
Cons
The only feedback I would give would be that at times, things could go at a faster pace then anticipated.
