Good benefits are all that come to mind.

Cons

Management favoritism, Fellow employees are not friendly and will stab you in the back. Management will also. They are two faced and you will never have their support. Upper level management is totally not concerned about you even if you always show up for work and do a good job. Always remember that to them you are totally expendable. Would not suggest applying or working here.
