Pros

Butterball is patient with teaching nurses/EMTs that are new to occupational health how to navigate workers compensation and OSHA.

Cons

Butterball does not pay for outside training and certifications as much. The company used to be on board with employees attending various training sessions and would pay for the cost of those trainings. Training is kept in house now, but it is insufficient.
