      I don't know of any true pros.

      Low pay, long hours,mandatory overtime, poor work/home balance, point system too strict for the environment you are required to work in. Working conditions wear your body out and overworked employees get sick burnt out, exhausted but don't have enough points available to take care of themselves and their family's. Betyer pay can be obtained by other companies in lenoir co.
