      Pros

      Cool place too work in summer. Especially if you live in hot environment. This is a good job if you are fresh out of high school and need a start somewhere to get some job experience.

      Cons

      Pay was average to say the least. Communication between leadership was vague. The room for advancement was slim to none, and you top out in a year. They took away bonuses leaving no motivation to work harder. Everyone did just enough to not get fired and nothing more. Teamwork was terrible and always under staff. Be prepared to do your job and the person next to you job as well. Some employees got shown Favoritism.
