      Good Pay, benefits, 401k, Wonderfull co-workers

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of communication between associates leads and supervisors, everyone is not treated equally. You need to know the right people to move up or be a good suck up.

      The employees are treated extremely poorly. Everything breaks down constantly. They make you stay over 13 to 14 hours at a time. They fire you if you miss more than 5 days, no matter the circumstances. They do note even accept notes from doctors as an excused absence.
