No matter what job you have done in the past this one will be hard on you, physically.

Pros

Pay is ok, they will replace tools that you've had broken on the job, I cant say that there is no theft... but having your tools walk away is fairly rare.

Cons

The union doesn't know it's left food, from it's right hand, raises are non existent, and there is a small degree of scapegoating.
