This is my first time ever working at a startup after coming from a big company. There is a lot of change that happens, but it keeps it interesting and we are always learning something new. Since I have been here the last 4 years, it has been really cool to see the amount of progress made and the big things coming up for the company. With all the craziness going on this year, it is great that we have the freedom to work from home and that the company is set up sufficiently enough to enable us to do it so seamlessly. The best part about this place are all the amazing people that I have been able to work with here.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked at Buy it Installed for some time now. A long time ago we were asked how our growth would go. Some of us thought that after our first success it would be some time until we were able to perfect our process and scale that success. Others thought as soon as we built our infrastructure that allowed us to achieve our first success that we would be able to repeat it soon after. Well, we had our first success late last year and not only have we been repeating that success over and over again, we are currently meeting our most critical metric that allows us to scale. Even for those who thought we would quickly repeat our initial success, we did not believe we would so quickly do it while meeting our key metric. Yes, this company is truly on the precipice of achieving full success. For those who are critical of this company, they’re feelings are valid though perhaps misguided. This company is not perfect but the product is proving to be sound.
