Pros
This is my first time ever working at a startup after coming from a big company. There is a lot of change that happens, but it keeps it interesting and we are always learning something new. Since I have been here the last 4 years, it has been really cool to see the amount of progress made and the big things coming up for the company. With all the craziness going on this year, it is great that we have the freedom to work from home and that the company is set up sufficiently enough to enable us to do it so seamlessly. The best part about this place are all the amazing people that I have been able to work with here.
Cons
I have worked here a long time and there is opportunity for growth, but sometimes it might not be in conjunction of the career path you are trying to proceed. I have been in a few different positions where some have worked out and others did not, but it was cool to learn every aspect of the company and be able to pitch in wherever the business needed.
