People running the show have no clue what the boots on the ground are going through or doing nor do they care.

Pros

PTO, remote work, co-workers, very good benefits

Cons

The numbers go up but the support goes down. Management has no idea what they are doing and are stressed due to being over worked. Constantly change the goal line with little explanation or help to achieve. The “owners” family in positions they have NO business being in and the owner himself is so detached for the core business he no longer even seems to know what they do. Wanna talk about his boat? Great place to work then.

Pros

There are no pros at this company unless you are okay with being micromanaged, being in a toxic environment, and being treated poorly.

Cons

- Toxic environment with unprofessional so-called "leaders" - Unlimited PTO is non-existent unless you are ok with working late nights to play catch-up - Leadership is not supportive - Team morale is LOW - Training was also non-existent - Negative Work Culture -Unclear career paths - Lack of company core values

Pros

Unlimited PTO Remote work from home Decent benefits

Cons

No training. Stuff thrown at you, and then criticized for not doing it correctly, when there was no training. Very political, if you don’t socialize or agree with other co-workers, you will be talked about. A lot of swearing on chats and in meetings. Even though you have “set hours” be prepared to get work and calls at anytime because so many people work in a different time zone.
