Pros

Don't really recommend unless you're in sales or management. There's unlimited PTO but there is a soft cap on that so not really unlimited.

Cons

Horrible merit-based raises, set to unachievable standards for the higher ratings. No room for advancement. Mandatory five days in office policy disguised as "optional." Fringe benefits keep getting taken away while told to work harder and faster. No recognition for the background support teams. A lot of nepotism in the company
