Pros

Not as much beuracracy If you’re looking for a place to work that has less bureaucracy than your average financial institution, Byline Bank is a good option. I’ve worked at other banks that had so much red tape, it could take weeks or even months to get simple things done. Here, you can usually get what you need in a matter of days.

Cons

My experience at Byline Bank was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the company culture is positive and the work environment is generally pleasant. On the other hand, training for new employees is somewhat limited and can leave you unprepared for the job. I also found some of my coworkers to be unhelpful or even uncooperative at times, which made it difficult to get my work done.
