      Big fish in a small pond

      Pros

      Bank hours are great, and you get every major holiday off including minor ones. Makes planning weekend getaways easier. But this is true of any banking job.

      Cons

      There is a big corporate feel to this bank. Yet they consistently portray themselves as community. The pay here is low compared to other comparable regional banks, and you are expected to do a lot or take on extra duties without compensation in terms of salary.
