Pros

Some of the people are great to work with. Flexible with time off that is needed. Benefits are good but have seen better.

Cons

Pay needs to be comparable to other banks in the area. Management needs to consist of people who are actual management material and not someone who thinks they know everything.

Pros

The hours are ok and my branch's team is great

Cons

Corporate issues. The new Clean desk policy has customers asking if we are closing because it is so stark. Back office is slow to get answers to help us help our customers. Management plays fast and loose with the rules in the employment handbook, delegate everything and don't even know how to do their subordinates jobs, and so are completely ineffectual when the bank is short-handed
