Pros

working bank holiday you get extra day off

Cons

need to support staff members better, need to give constructive feedback , need to give feedback in writing not just say things and forgot. Need to allow people to choose their career paths as appose to prevent or guide different paths. Need to create a better work life balance so people dont work more then 6 days in a row

Pros

Typical bank holidays and vacations. Focus on keeping public facing facilities looking nice. Solidly stated Things That Matter/Corporate culture.

Cons

Pay is well below industry average across the board. Refusal to do training that could get you moved around. Lower/mid management doesn't follow their TTM.
