Pros

Benefits and compensation is the best in the industry. The company's strength lies in its people resource. A culture of high work standards, excellence and success.

Cons

Even with the very best of efforts, more often than not, the daily workload in operations could not be finished on-time.

Pros

There is a small, select group of non-management individuals that are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are far below market. Insular management reluctant to engage employees in execution of strategic goals. Lots of chest beating and infighting amongst senior leadership team. Ineffective managers on leadership team that lack vision and ability to motivate employees. Substandard systems.

Pros

Had good Health insurance/401 (k)

Cons

Overworkes staff (75 hrs/week; shorten your bathroom breaks so you can work more"), blames upper management screw ups on lower managers, staff. Micromanagement; Too cheap to update computer systems to solve problems that forces employees to work non-stop.
