Pros

Byline had no pros. Don't waste your time.

Cons

Does not match 401k and charges a fee to have it withdraw from paycheck . They have not given pay rise in the last 5 plus years. HR dept only refers you back to your manager for everything. Everyone in each department are unprofessional. The atmosphere feels like the company does not care about their employees or customers . Most Branch Managers leave early all the time. Plus when something is need no manager nor regional manager ask the employees calls. Employees don't get reduced pay when going on FMLA.

Pros

Communication, stick around 6 months and you'll get promoted because of the high turnover rate in the retail banking environment.

Cons

Lack of company direction and compensation
