The office was fine, and it had some cool benefits

Cons

Insane workload, decisions top to bottom from China, and not considering market specifics, which makes our job way harder. Working outside normal hours is common, especially on weekends. I know a lot of coworkers who have had burnouts.

leadership is not the best no notice of lay off and was given a 4 minute exit interview where hr pulled the whole team and muted everybody to tell us the news with out giving the opportunity for us to ask questions
