- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for success here. - The majority of the team is based in Mainland China. Whether in multi-chat discussions or meetings, Mandarin is often the default language. Unfortunately, this can be challenging for non-Mandarin speakers. Many of us rely heavily on Lark’s auto-translation feature. This situation arises because most team members are more comfortable communicating in their native language, and important details are often lost when using English. - Working hours are demanding and will likely align with your manager's schedule. Most managers are based in Mainland China, and the expected work hours can extend to approximately 12 hours a day.
