Annual bonuses can reach up to 10 months' salary for exceptional performance. - The company gives thoughtful New Year gifts to employees every year. - Free vending machines with snacks and drinks are a nice perk. - Great place to learn and work with talented people.

- competitive package, performance based bonus, good health insurance - additional 1 annual leave per year - great company gift - great resource in tech to help work and hr thing to reimburse, hr thingy, and they put effort in creating module to develop your self - great place to learn with a price to pay :) (but it's not easy at all)

Cons

- very competitive and ambitious culture overall - i know every office has politic, but this one quite obvious - strongly driven direction from head office - workload headache is a big as the bonus

Fantastic colleagues: The team culture among moderators is highly supportive, collaborative, and diverse. Good benefits: Competitive compensation, great office perks, and solid resources provided to employees.

Cons

Hiring: The internal referral process is incredibly slow; it can take months to nearly a year just for referred resumes to be screened.
