      1) Growth+++ 2) Tech is great 3) Many smart & young people in general 4) Global company, great opportunity to work in a multicultural environment 5) Pay well if you negotiate well 6) Agile and strategy adjust well with the market outlook

      1) Heavily influenced by Chinese culture, so for you who are not used to it, better look out before joining. 2) Heavy workload, no work-life balance. If you're looking for one better not take the job. 3) Global company, so have to have meeting out of normal office hours to suit your counterpart
