      Cons

      Tons of things to do. Not that anyone will aggressively push you, but because everyone is moving fast, it's easy to feel lagged behind. Work schedule can be really crazy due to the need of working with teams in Asia.

      Good Compensation and RSU, might become rich if you join in an early time

      Cons

      There is no management in this company. Most Manager has 3-7 years of engineer experience and hired here as a manager. They barely lead the project before, not even a qualified leader. Putting them on the mangement role is killing engineers.
