New techs, a lot to learn Scalable knowledge, can easily leverage those skills to next job if any Forefront techs Free foods, treats even have in-house food ordering system Top tier company, looks good on resume Top tier compensation, without a doubt Top notch insurance plan and generous flexi credits

Cons

Coworkers are smart, prepare to grind Chinese speaking environment, not to say not good but take note. Fast execution speed, expect higher pressure (Mainly from yourself since coworkers are so efficient) Only 1 day wfh, even though it’s team based decision
