Pros

- some good people make it fun to be there - merger with Citrix will hopefully change things for the better - good market share and brand recognition

Cons

- no long term vision, - no understanding of marketing, - micro managers as executives, - not professional leadership - brother reports to brother (can you say conflict of interest)
