nice office, good values on paper

Cons

Upper management is about about lining their pockets. they grossly underpay some of their talented and hard working employees. They never actually consider anyone else business ideas but there own. The Owner in the company has left the decisions to the CEO and COO and the company has become about about the upper leadership salaries and favoritism. They run their employees ragged, there are so many double sided rules. They take advantage of good hard working people with quality education and give the high salary, powerful position to those in the good ole boys club.

Pros

It was a great learning experience- you could see first hand how poor management was resulting in high turnover and disgruntled employees.

Cons

There was no oversight of the operations department. They did what they wanted and would rarely comply with labor laws and company policies. There was a lot of preferential treatment, especially if you were related to the owners or upper management. And the pay for the office personnel was laughable.
