You will learn some stuff about marketing

Cons

No work life balance, work work work. Don't work here, there is a reason they are "always growing and looking for new people." They will burn you out. The only reason they have any good reviews is they have a few of their employees brain washed enough to write them.

Learning opportunities about the digital marketing world and free lunch on Wednesday.

Cons

No work life balance, benefits & pay are insulting. If you want work to be your entire life, join the C4 team. If you’re okay with having little to no time off (and feeling guilty when you have time off), join the C4 team. Management needs training and an attitude adjustment. This company will exhaust your mentality to the absolute maximum. Don’t befriend many people either because 1. they could be gone in the blink of an eye or 2. you probably can’t trust them. Be weary of this company. They try to cover up all the unethical business practices with: free food on Wednesdays, bagels on Mondays, and beer on Fridays. It’s nearly impossible to grow without getting caught up in the politics. Management picks favorites and you’ll know who they are.
