      Pros

      Services provided really do work. Dealers do see results but only seem to need the service for the first year.

      Cons

      Too many hands in the sales process- don’t plan on any negotiating. Always watch your back because you will get blamed for anything that was out of your control. Average tenure of employees is 1 year. Revolving door. No room for growth as they suggest.

      Good training program for the first few weeks.

      Toxic work environment. Overworked employees. Horrible pay. They don’t care about their employees. DO NOT WORK THERE, you will regret it.
