Pros

The service works well just as long as you have a seasoned Account management team. Direct manager was superb Direct team was just as good as their manager.

Cons

The big names in the auto industry have been torched by lack of results. I left because senior management openly abuses its sales staff.

Very healthy and uplifting work environment. The team does an amazing job helping me transition from College to working a full time position. I have learned so much and know I will continue to grow.

Cons

It is a quick environment where you have to take initiative and learn/grow quickly but there are great resources to help.
