Pros

The people make C-4 what it is. Every person here is eager to help others learn and its a very cooperative and collaborative environment. If your goal is to start out your career, I honestly can't think of a better place to work. The training manager makes it his prerogative to constantly have interactive learning sessions from lunch and learns to presentation practice. There is never a dull moment here and I look forward to coming into work. We even had a music therapist come in to work with our team.

Cons

Be prepared to work hard, but that is pretty par for the course in any digital agency you will find. Its pretty difficult to leave at 5:30 with all of your work completed, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The biggest con that is important to take into consideration are the benefits. There is no dental or vision insurance and you will pay 50% of your health insurance, which isn't cheap. Time off is pretty standard at 2 weeks.

-The employees are all awesome -You learn something new every day -If you set clear expectations with your clients, they will love you -You can be creative -If you work here, you will become a web marketing pro -If you create a good relationship with Mike and Justin, you will have a great experience here

Cons

-The only way your design tasks will get done is if they are a "fire" -The automotive industry is redundant -There is a chance you will get stuck with bad clients

Pros

You get lots of good training and there are folks that will help you for the most part. The product is good. One of the best in the industry.

Cons

Cultures the worst I’ve ever seen in my over 30 years in the automotive vendor space. Mike W. The, now managing director since it was sold to Calera Capitol, does not like or care to have sales people. He will get in your pipeline, calls directly and jump over managers that you report to directly to tell you how to do your job. He has zero sales skills, but definitely likes to tell you how to sell the product. And it’s his way or the highway. If you do interview, ask the recruiter to tell you the honest number of new employees that make it past the ramp team.
