Pros

It was such a pleasure working for C-4. I had a lot of training and development that helped me to become as knowledgeable as I am today. The culture is so supportive, the people care and the Unlimited PTO is real.

Cons

There's a lot of market shifts that disrupt our results for clients and most of the time we take the heat of it. It's hard to connect and create competitive strategies with some client because of their limited knowledge of the importance of topics.

I have never felt so supported from a company. I feel trusted, and respected and it makes me want to continue to grow.

Cons

The work load is a lot, but if you can manage your time wisely and say no when too much is too much then you can get successful here.
