Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback on our training initiatives as we always endeavor to promote personal and career development within the company. Conversely, it is unfortunate there is a perception of non-transparency when it comes to benefits. From hiring, onboarding, open enrollment, and throughout the year, we continually share information about our various benefit packages to equip prospective and current employees in making the best decisions for themselves and their loved ones. We also encourage employees to reach out to our HR Department with all questions or clarifications. However, we appreciate this feedback and will review our processes for improvement in this area.
