Before Escalent there was many like the clients you worked with and THE PEOPLE

Cons

Everything went downhill. The most toxic work environment, leadership that couldn't care less about talent... that's why so many of the good people left. either layoffs or left because they wanted to Salary range is also very below industry and if you don't work crazy hours and say yes to everything you are suddenly seen as not worth it anymore
