Pros

Co workers were great, customers were very kind. They cared more about me than actual management. Good pay if you are a great seller. I was not one tbh, but I was a great customer service rep and loved my job and helping people.

Cons

Management are evil and only care about numbers power hungry monsters. Can’t even sit down and you can lose your job if one customers knows Hu meena and decides they don’t like you. Points add up and they don’t care if you have a family. It’s either stay here everyday and waste away or leave.
