Pros

Hard-charging company in a dynamic industry. Employees are encouraged to be innovative. People who are willing to own projects and deliver results will get noticed in the organization. Change happens fast within the company and we are expanding into other lines of business.

Cons

New ideas come fast and that sometimes takes attention away from following through on initiatives as quickly as we otherwise could.

CSpire is a technology company that was historically focused on telecom. Over the last 20 years the company grew rapidly with success in telecom. Everyday the employees are challenged to deliver high quality service and to fix problems at the root cause. The best candidates for jobs at CSpire are competitive people who can embrace change. Employee benefits and compensation are very competitive as well.

Cons

CSpire does business in a very competitive industry so delivering high quality service is always necessary. Continuously improving is the expectation and changing at a fast pace is normal.
