Do not plan to rise in this company if you don’t have extra melanin. They have taken reverse racism and workplace negativity to new heights. Your goals are ever changing and the pay is weak for the line of work. You will be micromanaged like you are a toddler and very seldom recognized for anything you do. Reporting misconduct to HR falls on deaf ears because it’s a very old fashioned company and treats employees like a disease instead of assets. They are very paranoid and watch your every move because they will demand that you break laws with every sale while pretending that they don’t demand that you sneak in extras like insurance and their chintzy accessories. You will be written up for the tiniest offenses, even things that you don’t know about. Promotions are actually punishments because they will give you one dollar more per hour and double the demands that will break your will. Management also breaks employment laws by playing with your timesheets behind the scenes to meet their goals. The company is no longer able to compete in today’s environment and every wireless executive that can move over to fiber has done so. Honestly, with fast food starting at 15 dollars an hour, you can do better flipping burgers and have far less pressure. Cspire will start you at 13 dollars per hour and act like you won the lottery. The ONLY WAY you can meet your goals is to sell illegally and they WILL NOT have your back when you get caught. That’s why you never see people working there very long. In short, do anything besides work for this failing company.
