Pros
I like how the management has studied the industry and slowly and steady have grown into the company that it is now. It feels good to be part of. I like the fact that it has a nice easy structure. It's note stressful to work here. It can be stressful at times when it get exhausting, also not to mention the physical toll it get to be to our bodies, the whole lifting weights with getting tools and part etc.. to the roof on a hot hot day.. summers can get brutal and then the rain and the slow days.. nothing is guaranteed anything can happen and they have a very good safety program. After a while you don't feel appreciated as much...
Cons
You can make good money! But you have to work harder than other people sometimes because of politics. Micro-manage is done with no appreciation. Not helping technician grow working at C&L feels like a slave job you are seen as a being a number that just depends on revenue you bring in.
