The quality of your center often depends on the quality of your center director, but in my experience, the leadership has always been friendly and accommodating to employee needs.

Cons

If you're an educator, you'll quickly realize that some of the teaching materials aren't up to snuff, mainly the material for younger, elementary students. It can be difficult to teach lessons from books where you know that the questions are doing a poor job actually teaching the student.
