There are no Pros at all.

Cons

no training for months, belittlement, humiliation from CEO in front of other employees, no work life balance. no clear direction, quotas change on a whim about once a week. they expect employees to work 60+ hour weeks for minimal pay and will say to your face to leave if you ask for a raise.

I have seen the bad reviews on here and it's pretty obvious who wrote each one. The thing about C2 is you either make it or you don't. The workforce is shifting to a large number of millennials in the workforce. They want all the perks and the highest salary with non of the work. Why are they so entitled? In every job you have to prove your worth. If you work your butt off and prove yourself as a valued asset you will thrive here. Get out of the drama and don't bring your personal life to the office.

Having utilized C2 Essentials for Several years, I can truly say they take away the daily employment issues and allow me to focus on my business. With their expert HR resources and ability to get things addressed quickly I can recommend this company for any business wanting to focus on their core strengths. C2s management, at all levels, is professional and passionate about their employees. The head of C2 is one of the sharpest people Ive had the pleasure to meet an a true leader in her field of work.

Cons

Don't let the year pass with out looking at all your HR options. I wish I would have found C2 earlier, when I started my business.
