you can wear jeans and they provide snacks.

Cons

If you do not fit the micro managed, robotic team ...you will not fit in. The company is not flexible, you have set lunches. People there gossip a lot .

From day one C2 has given me the tools necessary to succeed. Nothing is given here but it is earned. My team is highly competitive and still manages to rise to the occasion when help is needed. Ownership is encouraged! Today we are high energy positive thinking challenge accepting growth oriented hunters. We are consistent and constant in strategizing to exceed expectations. I love my job!
