Pros

Company is a fast pace and very busy environment. I have learned more from this company than any other place I have worked. The company has helped me grow in my job.

Cons

There is no downtime, everyone is extremely busy. The company needs to look at those employees that may not be able to keep up with the pace.

Pros

Nice professional/casual work environment. Many little office parties and celebrations. Pay and Benefits were good. Some staff members were great to work with.

Cons

While encouraging Team building, this office has cliques and 'pets' that prevent a team atmosphere. Training on in-house system is not structured. This is purely an 'inside the box' company that fails to timely review and implement new compliance issues. e-mails are continually monitored and staff members do not own or take responsibility for what they do. Not a place to build a career.
