C2 leadership is supportive and investing in training and reskilling the workforce. I am glad I ve been receiving AI training on a monthly basis to upgrade my skillsets. Love my colleagues they are very supportive and my manager is great.

Cons

There is a lot of work despite an uncertain government environment in 2025. Some people may find it challenging to keep pace with the speed and volume of work. When a prime contractor shrinks the contract, it impacts the subcontractor, so there is nothing that can be done about it.

My manager is amazing. Very helpful and understanding. She always listens to my concerns and does her best to mitigate them. I also like how quickly senior management pivoted to promoting AI and ensuring we incorporate it in our work.

Cons

It’s pretty fast-paced. You need to be able to juggle projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
