Cons

The platform abstracts away a lot the underlying tech (Postgres, Cassandra, Distributed compute, Cloud, K8s etc) and thus have to use C3's proprietary tech. Opportunity Cost : For members of the solution engineering or FDE teams this can hurt your career long term as you are not learning the internals of the underlying tech.
