- broad exposure to various industries - amazing & talented colleagues, in-person collaboration & problem-solving is a joy - full ownership of software design, development, and delivery - an amazing product & toolkit stack which accelerates development

Cons

- ruthless in-person work policy (working in-person is great, but badge reports are not) - C3 AI's strategy is to go after any & all opportunities, which spreads teams thin - many talented contributors have departed over the years

Met some very talented and interresting people

Cons

Overall I have been disapointed by the tech, the platform is quite archaic IMHO and the developer experience is poor compared to industry standarts. If you are lucky you might work on interresting topic or be able to switch projects every semester. Old school culture (no WFH, extra hours), but this is not really a drawback. Some people like, some people hate it. Do not recommend for ambitious tech people that want to gain experience and best practices in engineering.
