Pros
One of the best reasons for working here is to be exposed to some of the best talent the Valley has to offer. You will work hard and it will be tough, but you will learn valuable skills and gain many insights into solving interesting technical challenges and business problems. There is also a fun crowd to socialize with outside of the workplace. The CEO is very involved and experienced and gives employees visibility into the status and direction of the company.
Cons
You will have to work hard and challenge yourself. I thought this made things interesting and rewarding, but if you are looking for a soft gig with a light workload this may not be the place for you.
