Very smart colleagues +snacks at the office
Cons
- Leadership is toxic and treats staff and customers poorly. - The product has no competitive advantage in the market and is a blend of open source tools, but it is very costly, so customer retention is horrible - They show a lot of carrots when hiring, but many of those, like hefty commissions, can't be materialized as the product is of low quality, and you'd struggle to close deals - There is no work-life balance, highly stressful environment. The reward is not aligned with the expectation. This is the case for both the sales team and engineers. - The leadership openly admits they don't believe in diversity & inclusion - 5 days working in the office is mandatory, which is quite frustrating - The company is going to be bankrupt soon due to all of the above
