A decent place to work in person: 1: lunch, gym, snacks, coffee, tea, Friday happy hours, your own desk 2: Smart and engaging teammates that can figure things out with you 3: Pay is high compared to many other industries, supports living and commuting in the Bay 4: AI adaptation, not hesitant to use other companies' AI technologies

Cons

Work-life balance boundaries may or may not be respected depending on the team/manager The focus of product seems ambiguous; purpose of urgent releases are the same—people are working until they drop for not a very transparent reason Not that big of a room for career growth as an engineer
