Pros

C3 compiles the most talented people in the industry and gives them tons of responsibility and autonomy, which brings out the best in them. Working here is incredibly fast-paced and exciting. The challenges are very difficult to solve, especially in a conservative industry like utilities and oil&gas, but we have shown great ability to succeed and the biggest growth is now to come

Cons

Roles/expectations are a bit fuzzy, so it doesn't work well for those used to a traditional hierarchy. Also there is a lot of dependency on the CEO, who while has a very strong vision, centralizes authority on major matters, which can slow things down.

I had an amazing summer internship. They assigned me to a project that had just started and I really felt part of the team. They valued my input, welcomed my insights and were always available to help me out. I also appreciated the structure they provided with well defined weekly objectives. The company provides daily breakfast, lunch and a gym membership.

Cons

None that I experienced during my summer internship.
