      A fast-paced engaging place to work

      Pros

      One of the smartest groups of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The management all has decades of experience in starting and running large software companies, and most are already wealthy and work because they enjoy it. The work environment is open and friendly, with regular company lunches and ping-pong tournaments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, especially when deadlines approach. While the company is nominally a startup, it feels much more like an enterprise software company, and its not particularly agile.

      Pros

      C3 is creating a very innovative product in a market that while currently not huge, is projected to be gigantic in the coming years. There is a very real opportunity for this company to become extremely successful. The senior management team has a tremendous track record of growing successful companies which instills confidence in everyone around them.

      Cons

      High expectations from their employees is not necessarily a con but at the end of the day there is a real sense of accomplishment and amazement at what has been completed.

      Pros

      Great executive management team, top notch benefits, exciting and fast paced workplace. It's great to work for a company that genuinely helps people. Team-based work mentality is fantastic.

      Cons

      The management team demands excellence (and should). This is not the place to clock in at 9 and expect to be able to waltz out at 5. Be ready to work harder than you ever have because this company will not accept anything less than the best.
