Pros

-Willingness to adapt and change -Promising market with no clear leader yet, potential to be the market leader is possible -Visionary and charismatic CEO -Immensely talented, dedicated, and brilliant people working there, really an elite crew of people -Ambitious in scope, not wanting for vision -Extremely professional and accommodating of customers -Opportunities for upward mobility -Free lunches

Cons

-Long hours, expect to work the hardest you have ever worked -Lack of continuity and stability - rotating door at key upper-management positions -Priorities shifted arbitrarily and abruptly -Demanding CEO -Work/life balance not very good, high burnout rates -At times, aggressive and unrealistic deadlines and MBOs -Lack of open communications -Stringent benefits policy: WFH and PTO/sick days could be more relaxed

Pros

Excellent Alumnii Network. The company attracts some of the best people in the industry, keeps them for 4 to 18 months and gives an excellent learning environment by having aggressive deadlines. You get exposure to some very senior, seasoned professionals very early.

Cons

Lower cash compensation. The company is unable to sell its products and services. Head count is constantly shrinking. Too much turn over.
