Pros

Great place to work with great people. People are very helpful and no one is out to get you. You get what you put in essentially. Culture also requires you to be in the office, but that is more of a pro then a con due to the nature of the work. It's easier to work with people face to face then it is over the phone.

Cons

Steep learning curve. Traffic unless you take CalTrain or live close to work

Extremely smart and fun people to work with. Start up that has captured a stronghold in a nascent market and can continue to be the leaders in that area. Even though it is a start up, no issues with burn rate.

Cons

Very high pressure to perform and work can be really demanding sometimes.
